# OVEarth-Bench Annotation Explorer

An interactive viewer for the three OVEarth-Bench tasks:

- open-vocabulary segmentation and detection
- referring-expression segmentation and grounding
- reasoning segmentation and grounding

The app bundles `ground_truth.json`, downloads the complete `images.zip` archive
before launching Gradio, and extracts all 520 GeoTIFF images into persistent local
storage. After startup, every image selection is served locally from the extracted
archive in the public
[`earth-insights/OVEarth-bench`](https://modelscope.ai/datasets/earth-insights/OVEarth-bench)
dataset. The image archive itself is not included in this Studio repository.

Negative open-vocabulary queries are displayed without geometry because the linked
annotation describes another object in the same image rather than the absent target.
